The invention provides an application method of a reinforcing material with an angle in a three-proofing tire, and relates to the technical field of tire manufacturing, and the application method comprises the following steps: adopting aramid fiber/nylon 66 composite gum dipping cord fabric as a reinforcing layer material of a tire bead and a tire side part; selecting different reinforcing layer angles according to the specification and the use requirement of the tire, and performing mechanical analysis on the tire by utilizing computer mechanical analysis software and combining with the modulus performance of the material so as to determine the optimal reinforcing layer angle; manufacturing a three-proofing tire; the aramid fiber/nylon 66 composite impregnated cord fabric is used for replacing common nylon 66 to serve as a reinforcing layer, aramid fiber has the advantages of being ultrahigh in strength, high in modulus, resistant to high temperature, resistant to acid and alkali, light in weight and the like and has good anti-aging performance and long life cycle, nylon 66 is high in adhesive force to rubber and excellent in fatigue resistance, and the service life of the aramid fiber/nylon 66 composite impregnated cord fabric is prolonged. The composite material is an ideal material which can complement the composite performance with aramid fibers, and the durability, the structural stability and the safety performance of the product can be improved.

    本发明提供了一种带角度补强材料在三防轮胎中的应用方法,涉及轮胎制造技术领域,包括以下步骤:采用芳纶/尼龙66复合浸胶帘子布作为胎圈及胎侧部位的补强层材料;根据轮胎规格和使用需求,选取不同的补强层角度,并利用计算机力学分析软件,结合材料的模量性能,对轮胎进行力学分析,以确定最优的补强层角度;制作三防轮胎;本发明使用芳纶/尼龙66复合浸胶帘子布代替普通的尼龙66作为补强层,芳纶具有超高强度、高模量、耐高温、耐酸耐碱、重量轻等优点,并且具有良好的抗老化性能,生命周期长,尼龙66对橡胶粘合力高,耐疲劳性能优异,是与芳纶进行复合性能能够互补的理想材料,可提高产品的耐久性能、结构稳定性和安全性能。
