The invention relates to the technical field of energy regeneration shock absorbers, in particular to an electric automobile energy regeneration shock absorber which comprises a cylindrical linear permanent magnet generator of a composite transformer, and the cylindrical linear permanent magnet generator of the composite transformer is composed of a cylindrical magnetic field modulation linear permanent magnet generator and a cylindrical orthogonal decoupling magnetic integrated structure high-frequency transformer. The cylindrical magnetic field modulation linear permanent magnet generator and the cylindrical orthogonal decoupling magnetic integrated structure high-frequency transformer share a cylindrical iron core. The primary winding and the secondary winding of the high-frequency transformer adopt a wrapping structure to realize reliable decoupling integration. When the power density of the magnetic piece is improved, two orthogonal magnetic fluxes are formed, the excitation magnetic flux of the high-frequency transformer and the magnetic flux of the integrated inductor are subjected to magnetic circuit decoupling, and magnetic core loss increase caused by magnetic flux overlapping is avoided.

    本发明涉及能量再生减震器技术领域,尤其是电动汽车能量再生减震器,包括复合变压器的圆筒型直线永磁发电机,复合变压器的圆筒型直线永磁发电机由圆筒型磁场调制直线永磁发电机和圆筒型正交解耦磁集成结构高频变压器组成,圆筒型磁场调制直线永磁发电机、圆筒型正交解耦磁集成结构高频变压器两者共用圆筒型铁芯。本发明中的高频变压器的原边绕组、副边绕组采用包绕结构实现可靠解耦集成。在提高磁件功率密度的同时,形成两条正交的磁通,高频变压器励磁磁通与集成电感磁通进行了磁路解耦,避免了由于磁通交叠导致的磁芯损耗增加。
