A first screw can drive a first transmission wheel to move along a first strip-shaped groove, then the tensioning force of a first synchronous belt is adjusted, by rotating an eccentric adjusting assembly, the different diameters of the eccentric adjusting assembly abut against a second synchronous belt, and the tensioning force of the second synchronous belt is adjusted; therefore, the tension degree of the first synchronous belt and the second synchronous belt is adjusted.
