The invention discloses an automobile electric power steering device which is characterized in that a first transmission wheel is coaxially connected with the output end of a motor, a first synchronous belt is wound on the peripheral walls of the first transmission wheel and a first belt wheel, the first belt wheel is coaxially connected with a second transmission wheel, and a second synchronous belt is wound on the peripheral walls of the second transmission wheel and a second belt wheel; the second belt wheel is coaxially connected with the steering screw rod, the speed reduction shell is provided with a first strip-shaped groove and an eccentric adjusting assembly, the first transmission wheel is movably matched with the first strip-shaped groove through a first screw, and the eccentric adjusting assembly movably abuts against the second synchronous belt. A first screw can drive a first transmission wheel to move along a first strip-shaped groove, then the tensioning force of a first synchronous belt is adjusted, by rotating an eccentric adjusting assembly, the different diameters of the eccentric adjusting assembly abut against a second synchronous belt, and the tensioning force of the second synchronous belt is adjusted; therefore, the tension degree of the first synchronous belt and the second synchronous belt is adjusted.

    本发明公开了汽车电动助力转向装置,第一传动轮与电机的输出端同轴连接,第一同步带绕设于第一传动轮和第一带轮外周壁,第一带轮与第二传动轮同轴连接,第二同步带绕设于第二传动轮和第二带轮外周壁,第二带轮与转向螺杆同轴连接,减速壳体设有第一条形槽和偏心调节组件,第一传动轮通过第一螺钉与所述第一条形槽活动配合,偏心调节组件与第二同步带活动抵靠。第一螺钉可带动第一传动轮沿第一条形槽移动,进而调节第一同步带的张紧力,通过转动偏心调节组件,使偏心调节组件的不同直径与第二同步带相互抵靠,对第二同步带的张紧力进行调节,从而实现调整第一同步带和第二同步带的张紧度。
