The invention discloses an electrical equipment fault diagnosis inspection robot using machine vision, and particularly relates to the technical field of electrical fault detection devices.The electrical equipment fault diagnosis inspection robot comprises a body and further comprises shooting units, each shooting unit comprises a machine shell internally provided with an exhaust cavity and a heat dissipation cavity, and the number of the shooting units is not less than two; and the body is rotationally assembled through a support ring fixedly mounted on the body. According to the inspection robot provided by the invention, the shooting unit is located at the first station, so that the heat dissipation cavity communicates with the supporting ring, the exhaust cavity is closed, the supporting ring independently blows air into the heat dissipation cavity to dissipate heat of the shooting equipment in the heat dissipation cavity, when the shooting unit is located at the second station, the collection end of the shooting unit is opposite to the first station, and at the moment, the exhaust cavity communicates with the supporting ring; and the heat dissipation cavity is closed so as to independently blow air to the air exhaust cavity and exhaust air along the transverse air opening, so that an air curtain is formed at the acquisition end of the shooting unit for shielding rain, and the effects of heat dissipation and air curtain rain shielding are achieved by utilizing switching of the machine shell stations of the shooting unit.

    本发明公开了一种利用机器视觉的电力设备故障诊断巡检机器人,具体涉及电故障的探测装置技术领域,包括本体,还包括拍摄单元,其包括内开设有排风腔和散热腔的机壳,其中:拍摄单元的数量不低于两个,并通过本体上固定安装的支环转动装配。该发明提供的巡检机器人,通过拍摄单元处于第一工位,以使散热腔和支环连通,且排风腔封闭,支环单独向散热腔内鼓风以对散热腔内的拍摄设备进行散热,拍摄单元处于第二工位时其采集端与第一工位朝向相反,此时排风腔和支环连通,且散热腔封闭,以单独对排风腔鼓风并沿着横风口排风,以在拍摄单元的采集端形成风幕挡雨,从利用拍摄单元的机壳工位的切换以实现散热和风幕挡雨的效果。
