A multi-damping marine observation buoy relates to the field of ocean engineering equipment and comprises a buoy body, an inner ring, a suspension bearing platform, a supporting assembly, a spring, an observation platform, an auxiliary spring, a vertical rod, general equipment and precision equipment. An opening is formed in the upper end of the buoy body and is provided with a reinforcing ring, and a primary bracket is arranged in the reinforcing ring; the inner ring is rotatably supported on the first-stage bracket, and a second-stage bracket is arranged on the second symmetric axis; the suspension bearing platform comprises a bearing platform plate; the bearing platform plate is suspended and supported on the secondary bracket through a lug plate; each supporting assembly comprises a vertical plate, a hinged inclined rod and a supporting plate and is of a parallelogram variable mechanism structure, and the two pairs of supporting assemblies are oppositely arranged and pulled through a spring. The observation platform is placed on the supporting plate, a limiting plate is arranged at the end of the observation platform, and an auxiliary spring is arranged on the limiting plate. Swing and vertical vibration reduction are achieved through the multi-ring structure of the buoy body and multi-stage spring buffering in the supporting assembly, and the urgent requirement for long-term stable operation of the offshore observation buoy can be met.
