The invention relates to a rocket engine overturning tool, in particular to a rocket engine overturning and hoisting tool and method. The problems that the butt joint face, connected with the end face of a rocket engine, of an existing overturning tool is a closed face, various pipelines connected with the rocket engine need to bypass, and the space for the pipelines to bypass in a test cabin is limited are solved. The rocket engine overturning and hoisting tool comprises an overturning tool and a switching tool, a switching frame comprises a cross-shaped center frame, an engine mounting disc is arranged in the center of the cross-shaped center frame, and engine mounting frames are vertically arranged at the four corners of the cross-shaped center frame correspondingly; the engine installation discs and the engine installation frames are used for being connected with the end face of the rocket engine, installation stability is guaranteed, after the cross-shaped center frame is connected with the end face, connected with the rocket engine, of the rocket engine, a gap is formed between every two adjacent engine installation frames, a pipeline can penetrate through the gap, and therefore the pipeline does not need to bypass, and the structural rigidity and strength of the cross-shaped center frame are very high. And the overturning requirement can be met.

    本发明涉及火箭发动机翻转工装,具体涉及一种火箭发动机翻转吊装工装及方法。解决现有翻转工装与火箭发动机端面连接的对接面为封闭面,与火箭发动机连接的各种管路需要绕行,而试验舱内可供管路绕行的空间有限的问题。本发明的火箭发动机翻转吊装工装包括翻转工装和转接工装,转接架包括十字中心架,十字中心架的中心设置有发动机安装盘,在十字中心架的四角分别垂直设置有发动机安装架,发动机安装盘和发动机安装架用于与火箭发动机的端面连接,保证安装稳定,而十字中心架与火箭发动机连接的端面连接后,相邻两个发动机安装架之间有空隙可供管路穿过,这样管路无需绕行并且十字中心架的结构刚性和强度很高,可以满足翻转需求。
