The invention provides a special tool for hoisting a screw compressor rotor. The special tool comprises a clamping mechanism, a hoisting beam mechanism, an adjusting mechanism and a transmission assembly, the clamping mechanism unit comprises a clamping body, a plurality of bolts and a turning nut; the hanging beam mechanism comprises a connecting column and a cross beam; the adjusting mechanism comprises an adjusting box and a hoisting point; the transmission assembly comprises a tooth-shaped track, a gear and an adjusting handle. One side of the clamping body is in threaded connection with a plurality of bolts, and the other side of the clamping body is connected with a turning nut. The rotor is fixed by the bolt, so that the rotor and the tool form a whole, the gear is driven by the adjusting handle to slide along the track, the hoisting point and the gravity center of the rotor can be quickly aligned, the tedious process of repeated measurement and trial hoisting of a traditional tool is avoided, and the hoisting efficiency is greatly improved. Meanwhile, the rotating angle of the rotor can be flexibly adjusted through the arranged turning nut, the rotor can conveniently and smoothly retreat from the compressor cavity, and the defect that an existing tool cannot achieve angle adjustment is overcome.

    本发明提供一种螺杆压缩机转子吊装专用工具,包括夹持机构、吊梁机构、调整机构和传动组件;夹持机构单元包括夹持本体、数个螺栓和盘车螺母;吊梁机构包括连接柱和横梁;调整机构包括调整箱和吊装点;传动组件包括齿形的轨道、齿轮和调节手柄;夹持本体的一侧与数个螺栓通过螺纹连接,夹持本体的另一侧与盘车螺母连接。本发明采用螺栓固定转子,使转子与该工具形成一个整体,再通过调节手柄驱动齿轮沿轨道滑动,可快速对齐吊装点与转子重心,避免了传统工具反复测量和试吊的繁琐过程,大幅提高吊装效率。同时,配备的盘车螺母能够灵活调整转子的旋转角度,便于转子顺利退出压缩机腔体,解决了现有工具无法实现角度调整的不足。
