The invention discloses a sliding type arm support mechanism hoisting device which comprises a hoisting mechanism, a suspension arm assembly, a rotating mechanism, two sliding guide rails and a moving mechanism, the two sliding guide rails are installed on the upper portion in a square cabin vehicle cabin in parallel in a spaced mode, and the moving mechanism is arranged between the two sliding guide rails. The moving mechanism is connected with the two sliding guide rails and installed in the square cabin vehicle cabin, the suspension arm assembly is installed on the lower portion of the moving mechanism through the swing mechanism, and the lifting mechanism is installed on the suspension arm assembly. The cantilever crane is installed on the sliding frame through the slewing mechanism, the sliding frame can reciprocate in the guide rail and can rotate leftwards and rightwards by 360 degrees, the cantilever crane is applied to a cabin body of a square cabin vehicle, and hoisting operation under different working conditions is completed in a narrow cabin body through operation of a remote controller, reciprocating motion of the sliding frame, rotation, stretching and retracting of an extending arm, winding and other actions.
