The invention provides an overwater pile foundation lifting device and a using method thereof.The overwater pile foundation lifting device comprises a mounting base capable of being mounted on a pile foundation and a crane mounted on the mounting base, and the mounting base comprises a crane mounting part and a pile foundation butt joint part arranged below the crane mounting part; a fixed opening and closing mechanism used for fixing a crane is arranged on the crane mounting part, the pile foundation butt joint part comprises a fixed insertion sleeve section arranged at the bottom of the mounting base, and a telescopic driving mechanism and a telescopic insertion core section are arranged in the fixed insertion sleeve section; the telescopic inserting core section can be driven by the telescopic driving mechanism to stretch out of or retract into the bottom of the fixed inserting sleeve section, and when the telescopic inserting core section completely retracts into the fixed inserting sleeve section, a cavity capable of being arranged outside the pile foundation in a sleeving mode is formed in the bottom of the telescopic inserting core section. The crane can be directly mounted on an overwater pile foundation through the mounting base, the operation is simple, the hoisting operation can be carried out in all directions, the overwater operation risk is reduced, and the overall hoisting operation safety and the construction efficiency are greatly improved.

    本发明提供一种水上桩基起重装置及其使用方法,包括可安装在桩基上的安装底座和安装在安装底座上的起重机,安装底座包括起重机安装部和设置在起重机安装部下方的桩基对接部,其中,起重机安装部的上设置有用于固定起重机的固定开合机构,桩基对接部包括设置在安装底座底部的固定插套节段,固定插套节段中设置有伸缩驱动机构和伸缩插芯段,伸缩插芯段可通过伸缩驱动机构的驱动从固定插套节段的底部伸出或缩入,且当伸缩插芯段完全缩入固定插套节段中时,其底部形成有可套装在桩基外部的腔体。通过安装底座可将起重机直接安装在水上桩基上,操作简单,可全方位进行起重作业,降低水上作业风险,大大提高整体起重作业安全性和施工效率。
