The invention discloses a double-pump cooperative driving logging winch hydraulic transmission system which comprises an electric control system control unit, and the input end of the electric control system control unit is connected with a signal line of a cable tension sensor. The output end of the electric control system control unit is simultaneously connected with the electric control variable pump I, the electric control variable pump II, the hydraulic control valve bank and the electric control variable motor, the electric control variable pump I and the electric control variable pump II are respectively interconnected with the hydraulic control valve bank, and the other output end of the hydraulic control valve bank is connected with the electric control variable motor. According to the system, firstly, full coverage of high-speed and ultra-low-speed ranges of logging of a deep well exceeding ten thousand meters is achieved, and stable and reliable ultra-low-speed performance can be provided; and secondly, the oil supply pressure of the oil pump is adjusted through the electric proportional control valve, and automatic cooperative control over the logging winch and the power winch during logging operation of the deep well larger than ten thousand meters is achieved.
