The supporting frame and the fixing clamping plate are matched, when H-shaped steel needs to be rotated, the two ends of the H-shaped steel are clamped and lifted, then the H-shaped steel is rotated, and after the H-shaped steel is rotated till the needed face faces the bottom face, the H-shaped steel is stably put down; the problems that existing H-shaped steel is strenuous to turn over in the construction process and prone to damage in the turn-over process are solved, more labor is saved when the H-shaped steel is turned over, scratches and even deformation caused by impact in the turn-over process are avoided, meanwhile, the situation that the bottom face is sunken due to impact is avoided, and the safety of the H-shaped steel in the turn-over process is improved.

    本发明涉及翻身装置技术领域,本申请公开了一种大型构件保护性翻身装置及其翻身方法,包括支撑底座和千斤顶,所述支撑底座顶面设置有千斤顶,两个所述千斤顶输出端均固定有固定板,所述固定板顶面通过螺栓固定有托板,所述托板顶面设置有伺服电机一,所述伺服电机一输出杆上固定有支撑箱,本发明通过支撑框和固定夹板配合,在需要转动H型钢时,将H型钢两端夹紧升起后再行转动,转动至所需面朝向底面后,再将H型钢平稳放下,解决了现有的H型钢在施工过程中翻身较为费力且翻身过程中容易损坏的问题,使得H型钢在翻动时更加省力,避免翻身时因撞击导致划痕甚至变形,同时也避免底面因撞击产生凹陷,提高了H型钢翻身时的安全性。
