The transverse position of the surveying and mapping module is freely adjusted to automatically avoid obstacles such as gullies, the effect of alternately supporting the base frame when facing a protruding obstacle is achieved through cooperation of the main obstacle crossing module and the auxiliary obstacle crossing module, and therefore the surveying and mapping device can directly cross the protruding obstacle, and the effects of crossing and obstacle avoidance are achieved; manual intervention is not needed, and various complex road surfaces can be mapped.
