The invention relates to the technical field of undercarriage performance testing, in particular to a comprehensive performance testing method for undercarriage maintenance. The method comprises the following steps: performing static test on supporting structure areas of the undercarriage to obtain the health influence degree of each supporting structure area on the undercarriage; carrying out dynamic simulation test on the cushioning structure areas of the undercarriage to obtain the structural damage degree under each cushioning structure area; and finally, the comprehensive performance of the undercarriage is obtained by combining the structural damage degree of each cushioning structure area and the health influence degree of the supporting structure area on the undercarriage. Each cushioning structure area of the undercarriage can be monitored, and the purpose of evaluating the overall comprehensive performance of the undercarriage is achieved in combination with monitoring of a supporting structure area during static testing.
