    本发明涉及车辆过车检测技术领域,尤其涉及一种车辆超限超载非现场执法异常过车检测系统,包括非现场执法过车检测中心、监控端、车型匹配测评单元、动态过车追踪单元、行车振动通行单元、差速通行匹配单元、超载测评单元以及警示管理单元;本发明初步从车辆识别和车型匹配测评两个角度进行分析,一方面有助于提高检测车型的识别效率,同时判别车牌的有效性,另一方面有助于提高车辆超限测评效率,以便提醒违规车辆在前方及时进行处理,有效减少了人力物力的输出,而通过信息递进的方式从动态行经路线角度进行分析,同时通过从目标车辆的行车行为和行车速度两个点综合量化分析称重异常过车行为,进而有助于提高目标车辆的异常过车检测效率。
