According to the technical scheme disclosed by the invention, when the green wave speed does not exceed the maximum vehicle speed, the target vehicle is controlled to run according to the green wave speed, so that the target vehicle can pass through the intersection of the road with the green light as much as possible, the scene of waiting for the red light when a user travels by using the vehicle is reduced, the user passing efficiency is improved, and traffic congestion is reduced.
