The invention belongs to the technical field of ship trajectory prediction, and particularly discloses a terminal-point-oriented ship trajectory rapid prediction method, which comprises the following steps: acquiring identification information of a current to-be-detected ship, and acquiring a navigation trajectory of the to-be-detected ship within a certain time period according to the identification information; determining a mother port passed by the to-be-measured ship in the time period according to the change relationship between the track point coordinates on the navigation track and the time point; dividing the navigation trajectory into a trajectory segments where the to-be-measured ship completes advancing and an advancing segment where the to-be-measured ship is currently located through the position coordinates of the mother port, and generating b prediction segments through all the trajectory segments; calculating the similarity between the advancing section and each prediction section, and converting the prediction section with the highest similarity into a prediction track before the to-be-detected ship arrives at the mother port; the method has the following advantages that the track is matched in real time based on mother port segmented clustering, end point guiding prediction is accurately achieved, and sudden changes are quickly responded.
