The invention provides a planetary differential wheel for a high-speed heavy-load AGV, and belongs to the technical field of automatic guided vehicles. The two planetary speed reducers are respectively mounted below the frame, and the two planetary speed reducers are symmetrically arranged in the left-right direction; the two servo motors are used for driving the planetary reducers to rotate, the servo motors are installed on the outer side of the frame, and output shafts of the servo motors are connected with sun gear spline shafts of the corresponding planetary reducers through keys; the planetary reduction gear is reasonably arranged in the gear train, so that power distribution is more uniform, space is reasonably and effectively applied, torque transmission pressure under the heavy load condition can be effectively dispersed, and gear damage caused by too large local stress is avoided; the rim is of an open structure, the frame can play a role in protection, and the problem that the planetary reduction wheel is seriously heated under the condition of high-speed operation is effectively solved while the safety is guaranteed.

    本发明提供一种用于高速重载AGV的行星差速轮,属于自动导引车技术领域,包括车架;两个行星减速器,两行星减速器分别安装在车架下方,两行星减速器沿左右方向对称设置;两个伺服电机,伺服电机用于驱动行星减速器转动,所述伺服电机安装在车架的外侧,伺服电机的输出轴与对应行星减速器的太阳轮花键轴通过键连接;本发明将行星减速轮合理配置内置于轮系内部,使得动力分配更加均匀,空间合理有效的应用,能有效分散重载情况下的扭矩传递压力,避免局部应力过大导致齿轮损坏;轮辋采用敞口结构,车架能够起到防护作用,在保证安全性的同时,有效的解决了行星减速轮在高速运作的情况下发热严重的问题。
