The frequency of starting the power battery especially when the storage battery is lack of electricity is reduced, the electricity supplementing control logic is simplified, the operation and maintenance cost is reduced, a mechanical switch does not need to be specially switched off, the storage battery is prevented from being lack of electricity when the vehicle stands for a long time while intelligent parts are used, use is more convenient, and the vehicle using experience of a user is improved.
