The invention discloses an aircraft control surface oscillation fault monitoring method based on multi-scale wavelet transformation, and the method comprises the steps: carrying out the calculation through a PID (Proportion Integration Differentiation) control law through an autopilot according to an input flight path command, and obtaining a control surface control instruction deltadepth; a control surface deflection prediction value delta est is generated based on the nonlinear model and the control surface control instruction, the control surface deflection prediction value and an actual deflection value delta mea collected by the sensor module are subtracted to generate a residual signal Rn, and the residual signal is decomposed into a plurality of sub-band signals through wavelet decomposition; wavelet energy calculation is carried out on the sub-bands possibly containing the control surface oscillation fault signals, whether a fault occurs or not is judged according to the magnitude of an energy comparison threshold value, and the judgment threshold value is determined through Monte Carlo simulation. According to the method, instruction signals are separated by generating residual errors, wavelet transform processing is carried out on residual error signals, interference of noise and irrelevant frequency signals on monitoring performance is reduced, meanwhile, small-amplitude oscillation signals can be effectively monitored according to sub-band wavelet energy serving as a fault criterion, and the monitoring coverage rate of oscillation faults is remarkably increased.

    一种基于多尺度小波变换的飞机舵面振荡故障监控方法,由自动驾驶仪根据输入的航迹命令,通过PID控制律解算得到舵面控制指令δdesired;基于非线性模型和舵面控制指令生成舵面偏转预测值δest,并将舵面偏转预测值与传感器模块采集的实际偏转值δmea作差生成残差信号Rn,并通过小波分解将残差信号分解为若干子带信号;根据对可能包含舵面振荡故障信号的子带进行小波能量计算,判断能量对比阈值的大小判断故障发生与否,其中判断阈值通过蒙特卡洛仿真确定。本发明通过生成残差将指令信号分离,并对残差信号进行小波变换处理,减小了噪音和无关频率信号对监测性能的干扰的同时,根据子频段小波能量作为故障判据,能有效对小幅值的振荡信号进行监测,显著提高对振荡故障的监测覆盖率。
