The invention discloses an antiskid railway vehicle brake caliper, which relates to the field of brake calipers, and comprises a back plate, the middle part of the back plate is rotatably connected with the front end of a sleeve through a bearing, and the rear end of the sleeve is fixedly connected with the middle part of a flange plate. A first friction plate, a second friction plate and a third friction plate are arranged on the outer side of the brake disc at the same time, hydraulic oil can be injected into an oil cylinder when a railway vehicle is braked so that the hydraulic oil can extrude a piston disc to move forwards, and at the moment, the piston disc drives a fixing rod, a fourth fixing plate and the second friction plate to move forwards; when the second friction plate makes contact with the rear side of the brake disc, the oil cylinder, the mounting frame and the third friction plate move backwards along with continuous injection of hydraulic oil, the third friction plate is driven to make contact with the front side of the brake disc, meanwhile, the first friction plate makes contact with the side face of the brake disc, and therefore the brake disc is further braked, and the braking effect of a vehicle is effectively improved; the braking distance of the vehicle is shortened, and the anti-skid effect of the vehicle during braking and parking is also improved.

    本发明公开了一种防滑型铁道车辆制动卡钳,涉及制动卡钳领域,包括背板,所述背板的中部通过轴承与套筒前端转动连接,所述套筒的后端与法兰盘的中部固定连接。本发明通过在制动盘的外侧同时设置有第一摩擦片、第二摩擦片及第三摩擦片,在对铁道车辆进行制动时可以向油缸内注入液压油使得液压油挤压活塞盘前移,此时活塞盘带动固定杆、固定板四及第二摩擦片前移,当第二摩擦片与制动盘后侧接触时随着液压油的持续注入使得油缸、安装架及第三摩擦片后移,带动第三摩擦片与制动盘前侧接触,同时使得第一摩擦片与制动盘的侧面接触,从而对制动盘进一步进行制动,有效提高车辆的制动效果,缩短车辆制动距离,并且也提高车辆制动驻车时的防滑效果。
