The invention provides an electric vehicle charging and discharging space-time distribution optimization method considering distribution line vulnerability. Establishing a comprehensive model covering electric vehicle charging and discharging equipment, a distribution line and an energy storage system, and analyzing a distribution line vulnerability index and an electric vehicle charging and discharging demand; and defining an objective function including power distribution network operation, electric vehicle charging and discharging and renewable energy utilization cost, and adding the analysis result to reduce the line overload risk. Data are collected, wind and light power generation uncertainty is processed by adopting a two-stage robust method, electric vehicle charging and discharging space-time distribution is analyzed in combination with traffic flow and user behavior data, and an uncertainty set is established to reduce prediction errors. And solving the model by using a column and constraint generation algorithm, and determining the charging and discharging priorities of the electric vehicles according to electric energy resources and line conditions. According to the electric vehicle charging and discharging space-time distribution optimization method considering the distribution line vulnerability, the utilization rate of renewable energy sources is increased, and efficient coordination of the electric vehicle and the power distribution network is achieved.

    本发明提出一种计及配电线路脆弱性的电动汽车充放电时空分布优化方法。建立综合模型,涵盖电动汽车充放电设备、配电线路和储能系统,分析配电线路脆弱性指标及电动汽车充放电需求;定义包含配电网运行、电动汽车充放电和可再生能源利用成本的目标函数,并加入上述分析结果以降低线路过载风险。通过收集数据采用两阶段鲁棒方法处理风光发电不确定性,结合交通流量和用户行为数据剖析电动汽车充放电时空分布,建立不确定性集合减少预测误差。利用列与约束生成算法求解模型,依电能资源和线路状况确定电动汽车充放电优先级。一种计及配电线路脆弱性的电动汽车充放电时空分布优化方法提升了可再生能源利用率,实现电动汽车与配电网的高效协调。
