According to the automatic defrosting and demisting method and system, a unique dew-point temperature calculation formula is adopted, the influence of the temperature and the relative humidity in the compartment on the dew-point temperature is fully considered, and compared with the prior art, the dew-point temperature can be calculated more accurately, so that whether the windshield fogs or not is judged more accurately; and a reliable basis is provided for timely starting a demisting measure.
