The invention provides a chemical energy ice penetrating buoy and method suitable for a polar region ice area environment, the buoy comprises an ice melting drill bit, the ice melting drill bit is connected with a chemical reaction heat release kettle cabin through an ice melting drill bit fixing plate, and the chemical reaction heat release kettle cabin is connected with an on-ice navigation communication cabin; the on-ice navigation communication cabin is connected with the front lateral propeller thruster, the front lateral propeller thruster is connected with the power source electric control cabin, the under-ice underwater navigation communication beacon laying device is installed outside the power source electric control cabin, and the power source electric control cabin is connected with the buoy tail propelling device. The buoy is arranged underwater by the polar region underwater robot, precise attitude determination is realized through two propellers and a tail vane, chemical heat energy penetrates through a polar region ice layer, communication connection between a scientific investigation ship, a communication navigation satellite and the polar region underwater robot is established, and balance of the ice penetrating process of the chemical heat energy ice penetrating buoy is ensured by using a propelling mechanism; the intelligent degree and the communication quality of the underwater buoy are improved, and the functionality and the integration of the polar buoy are enhanced.

    本发明提供了一种适用于极地冰区环境的化学能穿冰浮标及方法,浮标组成包括:融冰钻头,融冰钻头通过融冰钻头固定板与化学反应放热釜舱连接,化学反应放热釜舱与冰上导航通信舱连接,冰上导航通信舱与前部侧向螺旋桨推进器连接,前部侧向螺旋桨推进器与电源电控舱连接,电源电控舱外部安装有冰下水声导航通信信标布放装置,电源电控舱与浮标尾部推进装置连接。本发明浮标由极地水下机器人在水下布放,通过两个推进器和尾舵实现精准定姿,利用化学热能穿透极地冰层,建立科考船、通信导航卫星与极地水下机器人的通信连接,利用推进机构保证化学热能穿冰浮标的穿冰过程平衡,提升水下浮标的智能化程度和通信质量,增强了极地浮标的功能性与集成性。
