A novel permanent magnet block external efficient rotor propeller of an unmanned aerial vehicle and a manned aerial vehicle is characterized in that a permanent magnet block is externally arranged on a rotor structure, magnetic field distribution is optimized, and the thrust and efficiency of the propeller are remarkably improved. According to the design of the propeller, the newest policy of low-altitude airspace management is fully considered, and the national requirement for low-altitude economic high-quality development is met. The propeller is expected to become a key component for promoting the progress of the low-altitude industry and assists in realizing optimal utilization of airspace resources. The design is as shown in figure (figure 1), a stator is an outer ring, a plurality of groups of S-pole and N-pole winding coils are oppositely arranged on the inner side of the stator, and a rotating magnetic field is generated after the stator is electrified. The design of the rotor is shown in figure (figure 2), the rotor is an inner ring, a plurality of groups of S-stage and N-stage permanent magnets are oppositely mounted on the outer side of the rotor, the center of the rotor is the center of the propeller instead of a shaft, and the shaft is located at the position, generating a rotating magnetic field, of the outer side of the rotor and the inner side of the stator. A fixing piece is arranged in the center of the rotor and used for fixing and connecting propeller blades.
