The invention provides a multi-stage progressive assembly method suitable for double-curvature weak-rigidity components of a large aircraft, and belongs to the technical field of aircraft assembly.The multi-stage progressive assembly method comprises the steps that firstly, an upper left wall plate assembly, a lower left wall plate assembly, an upper right wall plate assembly, a lower right wall plate assembly, a top wall plate assembly and a bottom wall plate assembly are assembled respectively; the left half shell part and the right half shell part are assembled; thirdly, the right half shell part and the bottom wall plate assembly are assembled into a super wall plate part; and finally, the super wall plate component, the floor beam assembly, the left half shell component and the top wall plate assembly are assembled to complete final assembly. A traditional technology is broken through, a brand-new process separation surface division mode, a vertical posture assembly mode and a multi-stage progressive key element control mode are adopted, the product quality and the assembly efficiency can be effectively improved, the assembly coordination difficulty is greatly reduced, human engineering is met, the labor productivity is improved, and the production cost is reduced. And the requirement for rapidly improving the assembly capacity of the double-curvature part of the large civil aircraft can be met.

    本发明提供一种适用于大型飞机双曲率弱刚性部件的多阶段渐进装配方法,属于飞机装配技术领域,首先,分别完成上左壁板组件、下左壁板组件、上右壁板组件、下右壁板组件、顶壁板组件和底壁板组件装配,其次,完成左半壳部件和右半壳部件装配;再次,将右半壳部件与底壁板组件装配成超级壁板部件;最后,将超级壁板部件、地板梁组件、左半壳部件、顶壁板组件组装完成总装装配。本发明突破传统技术,采用全新的工艺分离面划分方式、竖直姿态装配方式和多阶段渐进关键要素控制方式,可有效提升产品质量和装配效率,大幅度降低装配协调难度,符合人体工程学,提高劳动生产率,能够满足大型民用飞机双曲率部件装配产能快速提升的需求。
