The method comprises the steps that whether a lifting steel wire rope is in a loose state or not is detected; when the lifting steel wire rope is in a loose state, the lifting motor is forbidden to rotate reversely; when the hoisting steel wire rope is in the loose state, if the hoisting motor needs to rotate forwards, the hoisting motor is controlled to run at a low speed, and the output torque of the hoisting motor is controlled to be gradually increased from the first set torque to the second set torque until the hoisting steel wire rope is separated from the loose state. According to the electric shovel lifting mechanism control method and the electric shovel, the impact generated when the lifting steel wire rope is converted from the loose state to the tightened state can be greatly eliminated, faults of the electric shovel caused by the impact are reduced, and the service life of the lifting steel wire rope is prolonged.

    本发明公开了一种电铲提升机构控制方法及电铲,涉及电铲控制技术领域,该方法包括:检测提升钢丝绳是否处于松弛状态;当提升钢丝绳处于松弛状态时,禁止提升电动机进行反转;当提升钢丝绳处于松弛状态时,若提升电动机需要进行正转,控制提升电动机低速运行,以及控制提升电动机的输出力矩从第一设定力矩逐渐增加至第二设定力矩,直至提升钢丝绳脱离松弛状态。本发明的电铲提升机构控制方法及电铲能够大幅消除提升钢丝绳从松弛状态转变到绷紧状态时产生的冲击,减少电铲由于冲击引起的故障,提高提升钢丝绳的使用寿命。
