The invention relates to the technical field of vehicles, in particular to a vehicle endurance mileage prediction method and device, a vehicle, a medium and a program.The method comprises the steps that endurance data of multiple subsystems of the vehicle under the target high-temperature condition and reference data influencing vehicle endurance are obtained; generating a training data set and a verification data set according to the endurance data and the reference data influencing the endurance of the vehicle, training a prediction model by using the training data set, and verifying the prediction model by using the verification data set until a preset training stop condition is met; and identifying reference data of the current vehicle influencing the endurance of the vehicle, inputting the dynamic and static parameters into the prediction model, and outputting the endurance mileage of the vehicle by the prediction model. Therefore, the problems of inaccurate prediction of the vehicle endurance mileage, poor applicability and the like in related technologies are solved.
