The invention discloses a height adjusting method, device and equipment for a steel plate spring suspension and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: generating a first balance equation according to the compression amount of a spring, the calculated axle end reaction force of a suspension spring and the preset suspension spring stiffness; establishing a coordinate system, and generating a second balance equation and a third balance equation according to the moment balance of the axle ends of the four springs of the front and rear suspensions around the y axis, the moment balance of the axle ends of the four springs of the left and right suspensions around the y axis, the compression amount of the springs, the counter-force of the axle ends of the springs of the suspensions and the rigidity of the springs of the suspensions; calculating the compression amount of the spring according to a preset plane constraint auxiliary equation, the first balance equation, the second balance equation and the third balance equation; according to the compression amount of the spring, the preset spring center distance and the preset vehicle body outer edge width, the difference value is calculated so that the vehicle body can be in a balanced state, and the problems that the fine difference of the vehicle body height cannot be manually and accurately judged, and the vehicle body cannot be adjusted to reach the balanced state are solved.

    一种钢板弹簧悬架的高度调整方法、装置、设备及存储介质,包括:通过根据弹簧的压缩量,以及计算出的悬架弹簧车桥端反力和预置悬架弹簧刚度,生成第一平衡方程;建立坐标系,根据前后悬架四个弹簧车桥端绕y轴的的力矩平衡、左右悬架四个弹簧车桥端绕y轴的力矩平衡、弹簧的压缩量、悬架弹簧车桥端反力以及悬架弹簧刚度,生成第二平衡方程和第三平衡方程;根据预置平面约束辅助方程、所述第一平衡方程、所述第二平衡方程和所述第三平衡方程,计算出弹簧的压缩量;根据所述弹簧的压缩量、预置弹簧中心距以及预置车身外缘宽度,计算出差值以使车身处于平衡状态,解决了难以通过人工准确判断车身高度的细微差异,无法调整车身达到平衡状态的问题。
