The invention provides a double-layer flute-shaped pipe structure which comprises an inner-layer flute-shaped pipe, an outer-layer flute-shaped pipe, a first rotating mechanism and a second rotating mechanism, the outer-layer flute-shaped pipe is arranged outside the inner-layer flute-shaped pipe in a sleeving mode, the first rotating mechanism is connected with the outer-layer flute-shaped pipe, and the second rotating mechanism is connected with the inner-layer flute-shaped pipe, so that the inner-layer flute-shaped pipe and the outer-layer flute-shaped pipe can freely rotate; a plurality of rows of first jet flow holes with the same diameter are formed in a first side area of the inner-layer flute-shaped pipe, and a plurality of rows of second jet flow holes with the same diameter are formed in a second side area of the inner-layer flute-shaped pipe; a plurality of rows of third jet flow holes with the same diameter are formed in the first side area of the outer-layer flute-shaped pipe; the diameter of the first jet hole is different from the diameter of the second jet hole, and the diameter of the first jet hole and the diameter of the second jet hole are both smaller than or equal to the diameter of the third jet hole. The hole diameters, the row number, the distance, the number and the jet flow included angles of the jet flow holes in the flute-shaped pipe can be changed, and different hot air anti-icing effects are achieved.
本发明提供一种双层笛形管结构,包括内层笛形管、外层笛形管、第一旋转机构和第二旋转机构,外层笛形管套设在内层笛形管外,第一旋转机构连接外层笛形管,第二旋转机构连接内层笛形管,使得内层笛形管与外层笛形管能够自由旋转;内层笛形管的第一侧区域上开设有多排直径相同的第一射流孔,内层笛形管的第二侧区域上开设有多排直径相同的第二射流孔;外层笛形管的第一侧区域上开设有多排直径相同的第三射流孔;第一射流孔的直径与第二射流孔的直径不同,且第一射流孔的直径与第二射流孔的直径均小于等于第三射流孔的直径。本发明可以改变笛形管上射流孔孔径、排数、距离、数量和射流夹角,实现不同的热气防冰效果。
