The rotating rod drives the mounting block to rotate, so that the mounting block drives the net hanging hook to rotate, the net hanging hook is buckled into the reinforcing mesh to be grabbed, then the whole device is hoisted through external hoisting equipment, the reinforcing mesh to be mounted is moved to the working position, operation is easy, and practicability and efficiency are achieved; and mechanical, stable and quick assembly of the box girder reinforcing mesh is realized.
