The invention belongs to the technical field of steel structure hoisting, and particularly relates to an industrial factory building steel structure hoisting structure which comprises a base, a plurality of universal wheels are fixedly connected to the lower surface of the base, two supporting frames are fixedly connected to the upper surface of the base, and a shaft rod is rotationally connected between the two supporting frames through a rotating shaft. The outer side wall of the shaft rod is fixedly connected with two winding discs, the outer side walls of the winding discs are fixedly connected with traction ropes, the bottom ends of the two traction ropes are fixedly connected with a lifting plate, and the upper surface of the lifting plate is fixedly connected with an adjusting mechanism. The lower surface of the lifting plate is fixedly connected with a transverse rod through two fixing plates, and the outer side wall of the transverse rod is slidably connected with two clamping mechanisms. The winding disc is driven by the rotating shaft rod to rotate together, the traction rope can be wound, then the lifting plate is conveniently driven to ascend or descend, and therefore the height of the clamping mechanism can be controlled; the clamping mechanism is used for clamping the steel structures and can slide along the transverse rod, the distance is adjusted, and the steel structures of different sizes are clamped.
