The invention discloses an intelligent self-balancing building construction material hoisting system which comprises a hoisting module used for bearing various materials on a construction site and hoisting the materials to a designated position; the material gravity center monitoring module is used for measuring the actual position of the gravity center of the material, monitoring the posture change of the material in the hoisting process and monitoring the relative position relation between the material and the surrounding environment in the hoisting process in real time; the intelligent control module is used for receiving various real-time data from the material gravity center monitoring module, carrying out rapid data analysis and processing by using an intelligent self-balance control algorithm according to a preset safety threshold and a balance standard, and generating control instructions for each execution component of the hoisting module and the balance adjustment execution module based on an analysis result; and the balance adjustment execution module is used for receiving the control instruction and adjusting the stress condition of each part of the material. The invention further discloses an intelligent self-balancing building construction material hoisting method. According to the invention, the hoisting safety is improved, and the hoisting efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种智能自平衡式建筑施工物料吊运系统,包括:起吊模块,用于承载施工现场各类物料,并吊运至指定位置;物料重心监测模块,用于测量物料重心的实际位置,监测吊运过程中物料的姿态变化,以及实时监控吊运过程中物料与周围环境的相对位置关系;智能控制模块,用于接收来自所述物料重心监测模块的各类实时数据,依据预设的安全阈值和平衡标准,运用智能自平衡控制算法进行快速数据分析与处理,并基于分析结果,生成针对起吊模块和平衡调节执行模块各执行部件的控制指令;平衡调节执行模块,用于接收到控制指令,调整物料各部分的受力情况。还公开了一种智能自平衡式建筑施工物料吊运方法。本发明提高了吊运安全性,提升了吊运效率。
