The multiple first oil cylinder assemblies drive the supporting circular ring and the supporting assembly to ascend and descend in the vertical shaft barrel. When the multiple first oil cylinder assemblies drive the supporting circular ring to descend to the upper portion of the first sealing ring, the supporting circular ring and the first sealing ring form sealing. The rotating device comprises a disc, a rotation supporting driver and a second oil cylinder assembly, and the disc is arranged in an inner hole of the supporting circular ring. Structural change formed by lifting is adopted, and various complex environments such as ocean and land can be simulated; meanwhile, the orientations of targets such as trucks, buildings and animals can be adjusted through rotation, so that target damage effect simulation tests in various orientations such as positive orientations and lateral orientations can be carried out.
