The invention discloses a single-track continuous pushing and translation device and method for a steel slide way. A steel track (2) is installed on a steel slide way (1), and two sets of automatic clamping groove counter-force seats (3), two hydraulic jacks (4) and a force transmission frame (5) are arranged on the steel track (2). Wherein one hydraulic jack (4) directly pushes an upper structure, and the other hydraulic jack (4) drives the upper structure through a pushing force transmission frame (5). The automatic clamping groove counter-force seat (3) can slide forwards to provide counter-force for the automatic clamping groove backwards. The two hydraulic jacks (4) are controlled to alternately push through a software system, stable transition of stress conversion is well controlled, and continuous pushing translation of an upper structure is achieved.

    本发明公开一种钢滑道单轨道连续顶推平移装置及工法。在钢滑道(1)上安装一条钢轨道(2),上面设置两套自动卡槽反力座(3)、两支液压千斤顶(4)和一个传力架(5)。其中一支液压千斤顶(4)直接顶推上部结构,另一支通过顶推传力架(5)带动上部结构。自动卡槽反力座(3)能向前滑动,向后自动卡槽提供反力。通过软件系统控制两支液压千斤顶(4)交替顶推,控制好受力转换的平稳过度,实现对上部结构的连续顶推平移。
