The invention provides a wide-speed-range adjustable inward-contraction air inlet channel and a control method, and relates to the field of aero-engines, the wide-speed-range adjustable inward-contraction air inlet channel comprises an air inlet channel body, a plug cone and a driving assembly, the plug cone is arranged at an inward-contraction type throat part of the air inlet channel, and a motor drives the plug cone to move in the axial direction through rotation, so that the effective area of the throat part is adjusted. One end of the fixing rod is connected with the motor, and the other end of the fixing rod is fixed to the wall face of the air inlet channel through the supporting rod. According to the design of the air inlet channel, under the low Mach number incoming flow condition, the good startability is provided through the large internal contraction throat area; under the high Mach number, the plug cone is moved to adjust the throat area, expected compression of airflow is achieved, the air inlet efficiency is improved, and normal work of the engine is guaranteed. According to the design of the air inlet channel, the contradiction between low Mach number startability and high Mach number compression efficiency is solved, the working Mach number range of the internal contraction air inlet channel is widened, and wide-speed-range operation is supported.

    本发明提出了一种宽速域可调内收缩进气道及控制方法,涉及航空发动机领域,包括进气道流道本体、塞锥及驱动组件,塞锥设置在进气道的内缩型喉部,电机通过旋转驱动塞锥沿轴向移动,从而调节喉部有效面积。驱动组件由电机、固定杆和支撑杆构成,固定杆一端与电机连接,另一端通过支撑杆与进气道壁面固定。该进气道设计在低马赫数来流条件下,通过较大的内收缩喉部面积提供良好的起动性;在高马赫数下,移动塞锥调节喉部面积,实现气流预期压缩,提高进气效率,保证发动机正常工作。该进气道设计解决了低马赫数起动性与高马赫数压缩效率之间的矛盾,拓宽了内收缩进气道的工作马赫数范围,支持宽速域运行。
