The invention discloses a drive-by-wire redundancy steering device which is characterized in that a first motor drives a belt wheel speed reduction assembly to rotate, a second motor drives a worm and gear speed reduction assembly to rotate, the belt wheel speed reduction assembly and the worm and gear speed reduction assembly are engaged with a steering screw rod, and a steering controller is connected with the first motor and the second motor; when the power-assisted limiting current Ilim of the first motor is larger than or equal to the power-assisted target current Ig, the steering controller controls the second motor to keep zero current output; when the assistance limiting current Ilim of the first motor is smaller than the assistance target current Ig, a second motor is controlled to output compensation current according to the difference current delta I = Ig-Ilim; and when it is detected that the first motor in the state of the main driving source breaks down, the second motor in the state of the standby motor is controlled to be switched to the main driving source. Moreover, differential transmission is adopted for the belt wheel speed reduction assembly and the worm and gear speed reduction assembly, and the common fault risk such as double-belt-wheel slipping or double-worm clamping stagnation is avoided.

    本发明公开了线控冗余转向装置,第一电机驱动带轮减速组件转动,第二电机驱动蜗轮蜗杆减速组件转动,带轮减速组件和蜗轮蜗杆减速组件分别与转向丝杆啮合,转向控制器分别与第一电机和第二电机连接,当第一电机的助力限制电流Ilim≥助力目标电流Ig时,转向控制器控制第二电机保持零电流输出;当第一电机的助力限制电流Ilim<助力目标电流Ig时,根据差值电流ΔI=Ig‑Ilim控制第二电机输出补偿电流;在检测到状态为主驱动源的第一电机发生故障时,控制状态为备电机的第二电机切换为主驱动源。并且,带轮减速组件与蜗轮蜗杆减速组件采用差异化传动,规避共性故障风险,如双带轮打滑或双蜗杆卡滞。
