The invention relates to a hydraulic motor and output shaft self-compensation sealing structure for an underwater robot, a hydraulic motor is arranged in a motor sealing cabin assembly, the power output end of the hydraulic motor is provided with a motor shaft, a coupler and an output shaft which are connected in sequence, and the output shaft sealing cabin assembly comprises a sealing cabin shell; the sealed cabin shell comprises a containing cavity part and a rotating supporting part, the coupler is arranged in the containing cavity part, the output shaft is rotationally arranged in the rotating supporting part, a self-compensation leather bag and a leather bag protective cover are sequentially arranged on the outer side of the motor sealed cabin assembly from inside to outside, a protective cover water passing hole is formed in the leather bag protective cover, and a water passing hole is formed in the outer side of the motor sealed cabin assembly. The output shaft sealed cabin assembly and the motor sealed cabin assembly are filled with hydraulic oil. Related structures of the hydraulic motor can be soaked in hydraulic oil so as to be prevented from making contact with seawater to cause corrosion, and in addition, the self-compensation leather bag on the motor sealing cabin assembly can generate adaptive deformation so as to keep internal and external pressure balance.

    本发明涉及一种用于水下机器人的液压马达及输出轴自补偿密封结构,其中液压马达设于马达密封舱组件中,并且液压马达的动力输出端设有依次连接的马达轴、联轴器和输出轴,输出轴密封舱组件包括密封舱壳体,并且所述密封舱壳体包括容置腔部和转动支撑部,其中所述联轴器设于所述容置腔部中,所述输出轴转动设于所述转动支撑部中,所述马达密封舱组件外侧由内到外依次设有自补偿皮囊和皮囊护罩,并且所述皮囊护罩上设有护罩过水孔,所述输出轴密封舱组件内部和马达密封舱组件内部均充满液压油。本发明可以使液压马达相关结构均浸泡在液压油中以防止与海水接触发生腐蚀,另外马达密封舱组件上的自补偿皮囊可以发生适应性形变以保持内外压力平衡。
