The invention relates to a medium and heavy load unmanned helicopter heat dissipation system which comprises an engine single-loop water cooling module connected with an engine cooling liquid loop and a water-oil mixing module and used for cooling engine cooling liquid; the engine single-loop oil cooling module is connected with an engine lubricating oil loop and the water-oil mixing module and is used for cooling engine lubricating oil; the engine water-oil mixing module is connected with the single-loop water cooling module, the engine cooling liquid loop, the single-loop oil cooling module and the engine lubricating oil loop and is used for further cooling engine cooling liquid and lubricating oil; the engine single-loop air cooling module is connected with an engine air inlet channel and used for cooling engine inlet air; the main speed reducer single-loop oil cooling module is connected with the main speed reducer lubricating oil loop and used for cooling main speed reducer lubricating oil; and the control module is used for controlling the modules to work cooperatively. The heat dissipation system is beneficial to rapid and effective heat dissipation of the medium and heavy load unmanned helicopter in the plateau area, so that the working stability of the medium and heavy load unmanned helicopter is improved.

    本发明涉及一种中重载无人直升机散热系统,包括:发动机单回路水冷模块,连接发动机冷却液回路及水油混合模块,用于冷却发动机冷却液;发动机单回路油冷模块,连接发动机滑油回路及水油混合模块,用于冷却发动机滑油;发动机水油混合模块,连接单回路水冷模块、发动机冷却液回路、单回路油冷模块及发动机滑油回路,用于进一步冷却发动机冷却液和滑油;发动机单回路风冷模块,连接发动机进气道,用于冷却发动机进气;主减速器单回路油冷模块,连接主减速器滑油回路,用于冷却主减速器滑油;控制模块,用于控制各模块协同工作。该散热系统有利于对处于高原地区中的中重载无人直升机进行快速、有效的散热,从而提高中重载无人直升机的工作稳定性。
