The invention discloses a parking management method and device based on regional division and a medium, belongs to the technical field of traffic management, and is used for solving the technical problems that in an existing parking mode, illegal parking on a road is difficult to control and treat, normal passing efficiency is easy to achieve, and long-time traffic jam is easy to cause. The method comprises the following steps: identifying and dividing parking areas in a current traffic target area, and determining a stoppable area and an unstoppable area; if a parking area exists in the current traffic target area, performing type division on the parking area through a two-dimensional code marking technology to obtain an actual scene parking area; performing parking management on the vehicle to obtain parking result information of the parkable area; if the non-parked area exists in the current traffic target area, illegal parking identification judgment is carried out on vehicles in the non-parked area in multiple time periods, and non-parked vehicle management information is generated; and determining a parking management strategy in the current traffic target area.

    本发明公开了一种基于区域划分的停车管理方法、设备及介质,属于交通管理技术领域,用于解决在现有停车方式中,道路违法停车现象难以管控与治理,容易正常的通行效率,易造成长时间的交通堵塞情况的技术问题。方法包括:对当前交通目标区域进行停车区域的识别与划分,确定出可停区域与不可停区域;若当前交通目标区域中存在可停区域,则通过二维码标记技术,将可停区域进行类型划分,得到实际场景停车区域;对车辆进行停车管理,得到可停区域停车结果信息;若当前交通目标区域中存在不可停区域,则对不可停区域中的车辆进行多时间段下的违停识别判断,生成不可停车辆管理信息;确定出当前交通目标区域中的停车管理策略。
