According to the invention, after the fuel cell is temporarily shut down, the anode purging duration when the fuel cell is restarted can be adapted based on the shutdown duration, so that purging hydrogen can be saved, the requirement of a driver on vehicle starting can be quickly responded, and the user experience is improved.
