The invention relates to the field of prefabricated part hoisting, in particular to a clamping device for hoisting an assembly type concrete prefabricated part, the clamping device comprises two hoisting plates, a driving assembly and a clamping assembly, lifting lugs are arranged on the hoisting plates, and the clamping assembly comprises a clamping seat internally provided with a cavity, a clamping rod installed on the clamping seat and used for abutting against the prefabricated part, and a pneumatic assembly. A straight groove allowing the clamping rods to slide is formed in the side wall of one side of the cavity, the multiple clamping rods are arranged in a rectangular array mode and slidably connected into the straight groove, one end of each clamping rod is located in the cavity, and the other end of each clamping rod is located outside the clamping base. By the adoption of the technical scheme, the prefabricated part to be hoisted is placed between the two hoisting plates, the clamping rods make contact with the prefabricated part, and then the two hoisting plates are driven by the driving assembly to be close to each other till clamping force is exerted on the prefabricated part. And then the pneumatic assembly drives the clamping rod to move outwards until the clamping rod is attached to the outer wall of the prefabricated part, and therefore the hoisting device can be suitable for hoisting concrete members of various shapes.
