The locking rail clamping device comprises sliding rails fixed to the two sides of an I-shaped rail and racks fixed to the two sides of the rail and parallel to the sliding rails and further comprises a box body, the box body is installed at the front end of a walking mechanism of a crane, an opening is formed in the bottom of the box body, sliding plates matched with the sliding rails are machined on the two sides of the opening, and the sliding plates are connected with the sliding rails. More than two guide rods are arranged in the box body and are positioned above the track in parallel, a sliding block which can be magnetically adsorbed is matched through the guide rods, an electromagnet is arranged on the inner wall of the box body, the electromagnet adsorbs the sliding block when being electrified, a spring is sleeved on the guide rod, and the spring is connected with the sliding block when being electrified. The spring acts between the sliding block and the box body, magnetism disappears after the electromagnet is powered off, and the sliding block is reset under the action of the spring; the device can be driven by inertia generated when the crane slides in a power-off mode, and the braking effect is improved.

    本发明公开了一种锁位夹轨器,包括固定于“工”字形的轨道两侧的滑轨,以及固定于所述轨道两侧,且平行所述滑轨的齿条,还包括一箱体,箱体安装于行吊的行走机构的前端,箱体的底部设置有开口,开口的两侧处加工有配合所述滑轨的滑板,在所述箱体的内部,位于所述轨道的上方平行设置有两根以上的导杆,通过所述导杆配合有可被磁性吸附的滑块,在所述箱体的内壁处安装有电磁铁,所述电磁铁通电时吸附所述滑块,在所述导杆上套设有弹簧,所述弹簧作用于所述滑块和所述箱体之间,在所述电磁铁断电后磁性消失,所述滑块在所述弹簧的作用下复位;本装置可以利用行吊断电滑行时的惯性进行驱动,提高制动效果。
