A flow control system and a flow control method are applied to the technical field of vehicles, the flow control system comprises a first oil pump, a main oil pump, a first to-be-cooled device, a second to-be-cooled device and a controller, the inlet end of the first oil pump is connected with the outlet end of the main oil pump, and the outlet end of the first oil pump is connected with the first to-be-cooled device to form a first oil supply branch; the second to-be-cooled device is connected with the outlet end of the main oil pump to form a second oil supply branch, and the controller is used for adjusting the rotating speed of the oil pump in the corresponding oil supply branch according to the oil supply demand of each oil supply branch so as to control the oil supply amount of the main oil pump and control the flow of the first to-be-cooled device and the flow of the second to-be-cooled device. Due to the fact that oil is supplied to the to-be-cooled device through the oil pump, when the cooling requirement corresponding to a certain branch is increased, accurate control over the oil supply flow of each branch and the main branch can be achieved by adjusting the rotating speed of the corresponding oil pump and the rotating speed of the main oil pump, the driving power consumption of cooling liquid is reduced, and energy is saved.

    一种流量控制系统及流量控制方法,应用车辆技术领域,包括:第一油泵、主油泵、第一待冷却装置、第二待冷却装置以及控制器,第一油泵的入口端与主油泵的出口端连接,第一油泵的出口端与第一待冷却装置连接,以构成第一供油支路,第二待冷却装置与主油泵的出口端连接,以构成第二供油支路,控制器用于根据每个供油支路的供油需求量,调节对应供油支路中油泵的转速,以控制主油泵的供油量以及控制流第一待冷却装置和第二待冷却装置的流量,由于本申请选择通过油泵对待冷却装置供油,因此当某个支路对应的冷却需求增加,调整对应油泵以及主油泵转速就可以实现对每个支路以及总支路的供油的流量进行精确控制,也就减少了冷却液的驱动功耗,节约能源。
