The invention relates to a wharf AGV maintenance control method and system, a terminal and a storage medium, and belongs to the technical field of AGV maintenance, and the method comprises the steps: sorting the maintenance date of each AGV of a wharf from front to back; when the number of the unoccupied maintenance stations is not zero and the first AGV does not execute the task, a maintenance instruction is sent to the AGV; after it is monitored that the AGV receives a maintenance instruction, a maintenance path for the AGV to enter an unoccupied maintenance station is generated for the AGV, and the generated maintenance path is transmitted to the AGV so that the AGV can travel to the unoccupied maintenance station according to the maintenance path; and when it is monitored that the maintenance of the AGV is finished, updating the maintenance date of the next maintenance of the AGV. Through sorting and automatic monitoring of the AGV maintenance dates, the accurate maintenance path is generated and the AGV is assisted to run to the maintenance station, so that the waste of human resources is reduced, and the automation degree of the whole maintenance process is improved.
