The invention relates to a self-learning-based battery electric vehicle endurance mileage estimation method, which comprises the following steps: acquiring vehicle information, and storing the acquired vehicle information to a vehicle-mounted storage device; preprocessing the collected data, wherein the preprocessing comprises data cleaning and normalization; establishing an endurance mileage estimation model, selecting a self-learning algorithm, determining an input variable and an output variable, and initializing model parameters through the self-learning algorithm; the self-learning algorithm comprises a neural network algorithm or a support vector machine algorithm; performing model division and training, continuously adjusting model parameters to improve estimation precision, obtaining an endurance mileage estimation value, and displaying the endurance mileage estimation value to a user; continuously collecting new driving data, preprocessing the new driving data, and updating, evaluating and optimizing the endurance mileage estimation model; model parameters are continuously optimized through a self-learning algorithm, and the influence of various dynamic factors on the endurance mileage can be fully considered, so that the endurance mileage of the pure electric vehicle is more accurately estimated.

    本发明涉及一种基于自学习的纯电动车辆续航里程估算方法,包括获取车辆信息,并将采集的车辆信息存储至车载存储设备;对采集的数据进行预处理,预处理为数据清洗和归一化;建立续航里程估算模型,选择自学习算法并确定输入变量和输出变量,并通过自学习算法初始化模型参数;自学习算法包括神经网络算法或支持向量机算法;模型划分及训练,不断调整模型参数以提高估算精度,得到续航里程估算值并显示给用户;不断采集新的行驶数据,进行预处理后对续航里程估算模型进行更新、评估及优化;通过自学习算法不断优化模型参数,能够充分考虑各种动态因素对续航里程的影响,从而更准确地估算纯电动车辆的续航里程。
