The invention discloses an anti-inclination implementation method for loading and unloading heavy-load goods in an elevator. A heavy-load elevator car, a hoistway pre-embedded lifting hook and a lever block are included. The hoistway pre-embedded lifting hooks comprise a first hoistway pre-embedded lifting hook, a second hoistway pre-embedded lifting hook, a third hoistway pre-embedded lifting hook and a fourth hoistway pre-embedded lifting hook; the lever block comprises a first hanging lever block, a second hanging lever block, a first tensioning lever block and a second tensioning lever block. While the weight of an elevator system and the number of steel wire ropes are not increased, inclination, sinking and jumping caused by loading and unloading of heavy-load goods through the elevator car are prevented or reduced to a great extent, the loading and unloading stability degree, strength and loading and unloading speed of an elevator are improved, the loading and unloading precision requirement of the heavy-load goods is met, and the product competitiveness is improved. And the device is simple, and loading and unloading of heavy-load goods can be achieved only by pre-burying a lifting hook on the side wall of a hoistway, adding a lifting hook plate on an upper cross beam of the lift car and using two sets of lever hoists.
本发明公开了一种电梯装卸大载重货物防倾斜的实现方法,包括大载重电梯轿厢、井道预埋吊钩和手板葫芦;井道预埋吊钩包括第一井道预埋吊钩、第二井道预埋吊钩、第三井道预埋吊钩和第四井道预埋吊钩;手板葫芦包括第一吊挂手板葫芦、第二吊挂手板葫芦、第一拉紧手板葫芦和第二拉紧手板葫芦。本发明在不增大电梯系统重量、钢丝绳数量的同时,防止或绝大程度地减少大载重货物使用电梯轿厢进行装卸带来的倾斜、下沉与上跳,提高电梯的装卸稳定程度、强度和装卸速度,满足大载重货物的装卸精度需求,提高产品竞争力。且装置简单,只需在井道侧壁预埋吊钩,轿厢上横梁增加吊钩板,使用两套手扳葫芦即可实现大载重货物装卸。
