The invention discloses a hoisting method and a hoisting structure for a segmented deck, the segmented deck comprises a plurality of ribbon holes, and the hoisting method for the segmented deck comprises the following steps: arranging a detachably connected hoisting structure on the ribbon holes; the hoisting device hoists the hoisting structure and the segmented deck connected to the hoisting structure through a steel wire rope. The hoisting structure is installed through the ribbon hole of the segmented deck, the situation that the surface structure is damaged due to the fact that the hoisting structure is directly installed on the surface of the segmented deck can be avoided, the hoisting structure and the ribbon hole which are detachably connected are matched for hoisting, connection is stable, the hoisting structure is convenient to disassemble and can be repeatedly used for hoisting, and cost is reduced.
