The system comprises an image acquisition module which is designed to acquire a parking space image through a camera; the vehicle positioning module is designed to obtain positioning information of the video inspection vehicle through GPS positioning equipment; the data processing module is designed to preprocess the parking space image and analyze image data according to an image algorithm; and the mobile communication module is designed to transmit license plate and parking space information to an operation management platform through a mobile communication technology, and a deep learning scheme is added to improve the recognition precision and speed of the OCR character recognition algorithm. According to the technical scheme of the invention, the method can achieve the quick recognition of the license plate information of the vehicle and the matching of the parking space in a parking charging scene, and is higher in application value.
