The invention relates to an in-loop comprehensive dynamic test system and method for a ground test aircraft. The system disclosed by the invention comprises an acquisition device for acquiring an aircraft state and a cockpit control signal from an aircraft; the flight simulation subsystem is used for performing simulation flight based on a cockpit control signal and an aircraft state; the injection device is used for receiving the flight state signal of the aircraft simulated by the flight simulation subsystem and injecting the flight state signal into airborne equipment of the aircraft so as to excite the airborne equipment to operate in an air state; the injection device further comprises a bus injection device which fuses the flight state of the aircraft with the simulated aircraft state signal to generate the flight state of a semi-physical semi-simulation signal. Through system integration, an acquisition device, a flight simulation subsystem and an injection device are integrated with an aircraft to form an aircraft comprehensive dynamic test loop, so that the aircraft can complete a simulation test flight task on the ground.
