The invention relates to a large prefabricated column hoisting device and method, and relates to the technical field of building hoisting, the hoisting device comprises two sets of hoisting shaft assemblies which are located at the two ends of a prefabricated column respectively and used for installing hoisting slings of hoisting equipment, and a steel sleeve for the hoisting shaft assemblies to penetrate through is pre-buried in the prefabricated column; the lifting shaft assembly comprises a lifting rod, outer steel plate blocking pieces located at the two ends of the lifting rod and used for preventing the sling from falling off, and anti-falling bolts used for fixing the outer steel plate blocking pieces. Wherein an auxiliary hoisting assembly used for balancing stress distribution and improving hoisting stability is arranged at one hoisting shaft assembly, and the auxiliary hoisting assembly is located on the upper portion of the prefabricated column in the vertical state. According to the hoisting device, the mode that the hoisting shaft assembly is inserted into the steel sleeve and combined with the peripheral auxiliary hoisting assembly is adopted, the flexibility and stability in the hoisting process are improved, the hoisting posture and the spatial position of the prefabricated column can be better controlled, and the hoisting device adapts to the complex construction site environment.

    本发明涉及一种大型预制柱吊装装置及方法,涉及建筑吊装技术领域,吊装装置包括两组分别位于预制柱两端的用于吊装设备的吊索具安装的吊轴组件,预制柱上预埋有用于吊轴组件贯穿的钢套管,吊轴组件包括吊棒、位于吊棒两端的用于阻挡吊索具脱落的外钢板挡片以及用于固定外钢板挡片的防脱螺栓;其中一个吊轴组件处设有用于均衡受力分布和提升吊装稳定性的辅助吊装组件,且辅助吊装组件位于处于竖直状态下的预制柱的上部。该吊装装置采用在钢套管内插吊轴组件结合外围辅助吊装组件的方式,增加起吊过程中的灵活性和稳定性,能更好地控制预制柱的起吊姿态和空间位置,适应复杂的施工现场环境。
